The Arita and Kutani ceramic decanters were an annual limited release from Suntory, bottled between 2001 and 2014. Each one contains their exceptional Hibiki 21 year old blend, which contains malt from their Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, and grain from the Chita distillery. Arita and Kutani are the pre-eminent ceramic houses in Japan, both located on the islad of Kyushu. Each year, both houses designed a decanter each, and they are all hand-painted.

This is the Aritayaki 2004 Special Bottle, released for the year 2005, limited to 650 decanters.

This elegant square decanter is decorated with peonies and guardian dogs (Inu), effectively using brush strokes, one of Arita's traditional painting techniques. The whisky itself is a limited edition blend of carefully selected malt & grain whisky that are over 20 years old.

This is the first edition Suntory Aritayaki, released in 1992, containing a special blended whisky which has been aged for more than 22 years. The heavy square decanter depicts a festive phoenix, decorated with peonies and plums.

This Sasanokawa Shuzo Yamazakura Rare Old Whisky was released in 2015 in honor of the 250th anniversary of Sasanokawa Shuzo. Aged on a ex-Maker's Mark Bourbon Barrel for more than 40 years this is one of just 100 decanters.

Sasanokawa Shuzo Yamazakura 50 years old, distilled 1965, is a limited edition of just 60 decanters, bottled especially for Takashimaya in 2015.

Ichiro's Malt Card 'Three of Hearts', distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2010. This whisky matured in Hogshead #465 and finished in a Port Pipe. This is one of 802 bottles.

Ichiro's Malt Card 'Joker' is the 54th release in this illusive range. The Colour Joker is a vatted malt containing 14 malts from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1991 and 2000. A total of 3.690 bottles have been released in 2014.

Nikka Taketsuru 35 years, bottled in 2011 for the Japanese market, limited to 1.000 bottles.

This Suntory 1982 Vintage Malt, aged on Bourbon, was bottled in 2004. This extremely rare whiskey was produced at the Hakushu distillery and had been limited to 300 bottles.

This Springbank 37 years old was bottled in the 1980's and thus distilled around 1950. Reputedly one of only 12 bottles, this is the oldest Springbank bottled by Scotland's oldest independent bottler Wm Cadenhead.

This bottle of Chartreuse Jaune was produced between 1878 and 1903.
