Non-EU Shipments: from October 1, 2019 all orders for non-EU destinations are shipped by courier only. The costs of shipment depend on the size of an order which is limited to 3 bottles (max 75cl) per shipment. EU orders, except for Greece, are shipped via Postnl, as before.

We hope you will appreciate your new purchase but if this is not the case you have 14 days from the day of ordering to return your order and receive a full refund.  When you received a product in error OLC will cover all costs involved with returning and replacing the defaulted items.

Returning your purchase

1. Place the item(s) in the original or a similair shipping box.
2. Inform us in writing that a refund is requested.
3. Always enclose a copy of your order confirmation in the box.
4. Place the notes inside the package.
5. Close the box and tape it securely.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Important information

We cannot refund items which has been opened and/or damaged after receipt.

Claims/Faulty products

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange this product for a similar product or, if no longer available , receive a full refund for the costs of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. OLC will cover all releated shipping.

Delivery time

Orders within The Netherlands will arrive within 1-2 days, EU orders shipped via Postnl take 2-6 working days , non-EU orders shipped via a courier take  2-6 working days to arrive, all estimations are depending on your exact location. After release of your order tracking information will be send to the email-adres on file.
