Moutai Platinum, also known as "白金酒" (bái jīn jiǔ) in Chinese, is a specific line of baijiu produced by the Kweichow Moutai Company. It is a part of the broader Moutai brand, which is China's national liquor. Moutai Platinum is known for its unique characteristics and is targeted towards younger consumers and online buyers. Initially Platinum was only available via Juxian.net, highlighting the focus on e-commerce.

Kweichow Moutai, bottled for the 2015 Year of the Horse (Jiawu), is the first of an annual range depicting the animals of the Chinese Zodiac. In total some 350 tons of Moutai was blended for this occasions, bottled in 500ml, 1- and 2,5 liter bottles.

Kweichow Moutai 2022 Xiang Yi Wu Zhou Tiffany Blue is an experiment, a trial to see whether buyers are prepared to pay a premium compared to the regular bottle, an attempt from the distillery to upgrade the value of Kweichow compared to that of Chateau Lafite, the top-selling Grand Cru in China.

Kweichow Moutai 2022 Xiang Yi Wu Zhou Tiffany Blue is a blend of 4-5 year old Baijiu with a small portion of 10-year old Baijiu. While the Tiffany Blue shares the complexity and many similar notes with the Feitian Moutai, two key differences stand out: the more prominent nuttiness and sesame aroma, and a much more refined, "polite" character. It's still a warm spirit, but the edges are much more rounded, resulting in a more elegant and balanced profile.

Hibiki Koto, bottled in a porcelain decanter shaped after the famous long Japanese board zither. The koto appeared in the Japanese court during the 8th century and was called the gakusō. Schools for the bourgeois were established in the 16th century. Two of these—Ikuta (started in the 17th century) and Yamada (opened in the 18th century)—continue to the present day. Solo (danmono) and chamber (sankyoku) music dominate the repertory, and in the latter form the koto player often sings as well.

This Kweichow Moutai FeiTian was bottled in 2010 for the Shanghai Expo for Wine, intended as a present for visitors. Each 1000th visitor received a free bottle, with a maximum of 5 bottles per day for a period of 184 days.

This is a extremely rare Kweichow Moutai WuXing Golden Wheel, bottled for the Chinese domestic market June 6, 1952.

In September 1952, three months after the release of this bottle, Moutai was rated as the 1st of 8 famous wines which were selected in the first national wine appraisal held in Beijing. Between 1952 and 1966 Kweichow Moutai was sold in 3-mold ceramic stoneware decanters, produced in Guizhou, nicknamed Bamboo Joint bottles.

Suntory President's Choice was selected and blended by Keizo Saji, born in Osaka in 1919 as the second son of Shinjiro Torii, founder of Kotobukiya. He became president of Kotobukiya in 1961, and officially renamed it to Suntory Limited in 1963, paying tribute to the success of Suntory Whisky a.k.a. Kakubin.

This decanter was commissioned in 1989 to commemorate Suntory's 90th anniversary.

Despite the fact Springbank 8 years 100% Pure Malt has turned out to be a very populair expression, it won an award in 1983, the lack of production capacity forced the distillery to discontinue this entry-level Campbeltown in favor of the 15, 21 & 25 year old Springbanks. This bottle #05456 is one of the last 18000 bottles 8-year old Springbank ever released, distilled in 1976 and released in 1984.

Cuvée Dom Pérignon Réserve de l'Abbaye, also known as Dom Pérignon Gold or simply Gold Réserve, is a stand-alone series in the Dom Pérignon range released exclusively for the Japanese Market. Branded as an ultra-deluxe product, it undergoes about twenty years of extended ageing on the lees - longer than the ageing of Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2.

Named after the Abbaye d’Hautvillers where Dom Pierre Pérignon was cellarmaster from 1668 until his death in 1715.

It is unknown how many bottles of this rare vintage have been produced but they are scarce; this is the 1985 vintage, bottle #11413.
