Since the introduction in 1874 Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, initially known as Age Inconnu, has been Rémy's most prestigious cognac, a blend composed of 1200 different Grande Champagne cognacs matured between 40 and 100 years, bottled in a decanter which was shaped after a 16th century metal flask found on a Jarnac battlefield in 1850 which was purchased by Rémy Martin.

Between 1874 and 1920 Rémy Martin Age Inconnu was sold in glass decanters made by Verrerie Royale de Saint Louis in Münzthal but these reproductions were far from perfect and so the production was entrusted to Cristallerie de Baccarat from 1920 until present times.

This version was previewed on the Chinese market in June 2009 before being released to global travel retail and international markets from October. Inspired by Art Deco, the new coffret features a hand-crafted red imitation leather and dark wood case. It has a multifaceted mirror inside that reflects the spirit and displays the crystal stopper in place.

Martell Cordon Bleu 1st Anniversary was released in 1990 to celebrate the 1st year under Kirin-Seagram ownership.

Martell created Cordon Argent, aged 60 years, in the 1920s as their top-level Cognac. It took until the mid-1930's before the name Cordon Argent was actually used, previously it was named Extra. In 1948 Martell re-designed Cordon Agent as part of a trademark application which however was only filed in 1951. This bottle is believed to be from the 1950's.

This decanter was released in 1990 in honor of the inauguration of Keizo Saij as Chairman of the Board. Suntory filled these decanters with their award winning Hibiki blend, consisting 30 whiskies of which the youngest was at least 17 years old.

Suntory President's Choice was selected and blended by Keizo Saji, born in Osaka in 1919 as the second son of Shinjiro Torii, founder of Kotobukiya. He became president of Kotobukiya in 1961, and officially renamed it to Suntory Limited in 1963, paying tribute to the success of Suntory Whisky a.k.a. Kakubin.

This decanter was released to commemorate the two excellent volumes of haiku which where published by Keizo Saji between 1990 and 1999.

Martell Cordon Bleu Tribute to Cellar Masters is a 2014 limited edition presented in a lacquered blue wooden case with design cues taken from the luxury crafts of marquetry and bookbinding of the 19th century. It includes a 20cl classic 'montre' bottle containing the Tribute to Cellar Masters blend, created by Martell Cellar Master Benoît Fil. It is accompanied by a decorated bottle of Martell Cordon Bleu, made transparent to showcase the liquid, with a gold silkscreen label.
