This is the 2021 release for The Essence of Suntory: Yamazaki 2010 Islay Peated Malt, aged in American oak for 11 years.

This is a 2020 release for The Essence of Suntory Whisky series. A blend of 2000 vintage "clean type" Chita single grain, aged in white oak casks for 15 years and finished in Sakura wood casks for its final three years.

This is a 2020 addition to The Essence of Suntory Whisky series, and a first for Suntory. This was distilled at the Osumi distillery in Kagoshima, which Suntory have owned since 2014. The plant primarily distills shochu under The Osumi brand, but has also produced this malt-based "rice whisky" (not that traditional rice whisky in Japan is made using koji).

This very special NAS blend of Yamazaki, aged on a combination of Yamazaki's traditional Mizunara barrel-aged malt and innovative wine-cask aged malt was produced January 2014 for The Prudential Insurance Company of America, known for their slogan "The Prudential has the strength of Gibraltar', as a gift for employees and customers celebrating the 140th anniversary of Prudential in 2015. This is one of 140 bottles.

This 12-year old Yamazaki miniature is a rare distillery-onoy release, produced between 1984 and 2002, with artwork from Katsu-Sama.

This Yamazaki 2010 Puncheon release comes from short and stout 480L American oak puncheons that are coopered by Suntory themselves. Because of the low contact ratio of puncheons maturity is slower so Suntory says we can expect flavor closer to the original spirit. Unlike the subsequent releases this one does not show the vintage year on it's label.

Suntory Yamazaki The Owner's Cask 1995, bottled in 2007 from hogshead 5G 3078. This is one of just 169 bottles.

Suntory The Owner's Cask 1997, bottled in 2008 from hogshead #BX 70198 for Obayashi Facilities 45th Anniversary. This is one of just 178 bottles.

The Hakushu distillery is owned by the Suntory group, and situated in the Toribara locality of the former town of Hakushu, in the Yamanashi Prefecture, Chubu region, Japan.

This 18 year old Hakushu is a limited edition of just 500 bottles.

Suntory Yamazaki Sougyou 1899 is a 1983 special release to celebrate the 60th year of Suntory being involved in whisky. Yamazaki was built in 1923 allthough it did not produce spirit until 1924.  The 1899 refers to the opening of Torii Shoten, Torii Shinjiro's wine shop and start of what would become Suntory

Hibiki 2000 Millennium is a limited edition which was released in 1999 in honor of the (then) forthcoming millennium.

Suntory introduced Hibiki in April 1989, released to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the company.  The NAS premium blend at 43% ABV carried a suggested retail price of ¥10,000. Designated as “a masterful blend of specially aged whiskies with a mature full-bodied taste” on the front, the back label further elaborates that the contents are a mix of 30 different whiskies. The unique bottle, with its 24 facets that reflect the hours in the day as well as all the ‘small seasons’ in the year, sported a medallion, a gold cap stopper, all packaged in a luxurious box.  

Hibiki 17 years old was launched in 1994, as replacement for the nas version which however contained the exact same whisky. Hibiki 17 years phased out in 2019 in favor of Hibiki 21 years.

This is the second edition, containing a blend of 36 difference whiskies which was implemented around 1997.
