Virgin Bourbon is one of the many heritage brands now produced at Heaven Hill.
Meadowlawn Distilling Co. operated out of the Old Boone Distillery in Jefferson County but after a fire closed the distillery in 1971, production was relocated to Bardstown. Almost unbelievably, the Heaven Hill distillery where this was produced also burned down in 1996. Heaven Hill's distilling operations now take place at Bernheim.
