What shipping methods are available?

There are two possibilities to receive your orders:

  • Local pickup
  • Regular shipment via Postnl & DPD;
  • On-time based courier shipment via DHL

How long will it take to get my package?

In all cases, please allow 24-48 hours for processing before your order ships.  

  • Netherlands: next day
  • Australia: 6-8 working days
  • Belgium: 1-2 working days
  • China: 9-15 working days
  • Finland: 2-5 working days
  • France: 2-3 working days
  • Germany: 2-3 working days
  • Hong Kong: 5-7 working days
  • Japan: 4-5 working days
  • UK: 2-4 working days
  • USA: 5-7 working days

Transfertime might be delayed due to local Customs Authorities.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can monitor its progress, and tracking your package is easy!

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all EU member states, all other European countries except Russia, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Brazil, Argentinia, Mexico, South Africa. For other destinations please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout immediately after you enter your address, or if you entered your data in our shipping-cost calculator.

How can I return a product?

Old Liquor Company (OLC) will replace or reduce the price or issue a refund if goods bought turn out to be faulty or do not look as advertised.

If you bought any good outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. This is known as the ‘cooling-off’ period.

The “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

You must unequivocally inform the trader of your decision to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back. The trader must provide you with a model withdrawal form , which you can use to inform him/her of your decision but you don’t have to use it.

You must send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing the trader.

You can combine the obligation to inform the trader and to send back the goods, for example, by adding a written statement with the goods that you are returning by e-mail or post.

OLC must and give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation, but preserve the right to delay refunding you if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have actually returned them.

This refund includes any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, OLC may charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery.

The trader should inform you that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods. If they fail do so, they will have to bear the cost. You do not have to pay any other charges that you were not informed about.

All creditcard payments are returned to the creditcard used while ordering, payment by bank to the bank indicated by client.

Please be aware that goods need to be be in the same condition as when shipped by us: bottles must be closed, boxes included etc. Bottles which have been opened and/or partial consumed cannot be refunded.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is desirable but not obligatory.

Is buying online safe?

In general buying online is safe. If you purchase via Old Liquor Company your purchases are shipped insured whilst your payment is guaranteed by the protected https connection with Mollie.com, our payment provider. We have a 14-days return policy which is an additional protection.

How do I track my order?

We are offering two ways to track orders:

Internal
We will always send you status updates about your order by email. Besides, you could also track your order via our webshop. You always need your order number and billing e-mail to track your order.

When it is shipped
At the moment your package leaves one of our offices, you’ll receive instructions by email to track and trace your order. Updates will be visible via http://www.postnl.post/tracktrace
