Return Policy

We hope you will appreciate your new purchase but if this is not the case you have 14 days to return your order and receive a full refund.  When you received a product in error OLC will cover all costs involved with returning and replacing the defaulted items.

Returning your purchase

1. Place the item(s) in the original or a similair shipping box.
2. Inform us in writing that a refund is requested.
3. Always enclose a copy of your order confirmation in the box.
4. Place the notes inside the package.
5. Close the box and tape it securely.
6. Please return the box with tracking service to:

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Important information

We cannot refund items which has been opened and/or damaged after receipt.

Claims/Faulty products

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange this product for a similar product or, if no longer available , receive a full refund for the costs of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. OLC will cover all releated shipping.

Shipment Policy

All orders are shipped with PostNL. If you experience troubles with receiving your package contact us (delivery@oldliquorcompany.com).

Delivery time

Orders within The Netherlands will arrive within 1-2 days, international orders require 3-12 working days depending on your location. After release of any order tracking details will be send automatically

Insurance

All parcels are insured up to a maximum of € 5500,- per parcel. Check before ordering what insurance we have to offer for your country.
