Kilchoman’s New Spirit Bramble Liqueur is made from a high percentage of real brambles (blackberries) macerated with malt whisky, honey and Kilchoman New spirit. This creates a truly remarkable flavour with the peat smoke from the new spirit giving it an extra dimension. This was the first release.

Kilchoman, established in 2005, is the youngest Islay distillery, the first new distillery on Islay built in 124 years. The entire process takes place on Rockside Farm, situated on the North-West side of Islay. Their first release was launched in 2009.
