Grand Marnier 2011 Edition Red Ribbon

Since 2003 Grand Marnier has released a limited edition annual version of their famous Grand Marnier. Perfectly black and preciously red. Painted in white, sleek and sculptured, the 2011 edition Cordon Rouge Red Ribbon liqueur’s whole bottle becomes a canvas for original and inspired creativity. In a burst of red, the ribbon breaks with formality, reinterpreting the dynamic character and rich flavours of the inimitable liqueur.

Grand Marnier is a liqueur which was first created in 1880 by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle. Grand Marnier is a kind of triple-sec, based upon oranges and assembled with Cognac. It was César Ritz who named it Grand Marnier, after Alexandre offered him a sip of his liqueur.
